Well, it does look dreary, but we lived in Hyrum for three years uphill (thankfully) from the rendering plant. When we drive by Meikle Dairy now, I will usually comment that the smell is not the smell of manure, it is the smell of freedom and success. It's easier to keep that philosophical perspective from a distance, though. Keep up the good work!
